Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Native. If you use Native on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you may bind it to these terms.

Native is built around your own answers — your goal, your measurements, what you cook, and what you eat. The plan is only as good as what you tell it, so keep your details accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it. You may delete your account at any time — see Delete your account.

Native is a food and nutrition planning tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app is medical, dietetic, or clinical advice. Calorie and macro figures are estimates: they come from a food database and from your own descriptions of what you ate, and real portions vary.

Parts of Native are generated by AI — the coach, the recipes, and the meal suggestions. AI can be wrong. Use your judgement, and always check ingredient labels yourself if you have an allergy or intolerance. Recording an allergy in the app does not guarantee that a suggested dish is safe for you.

If you are pregnant, have a medical condition, take medication, or have a history of disordered eating, talk to a doctor or a registered dietitian before changing how you eat. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Native is free to use with limits — including a daily allowance of free coach questions. Native Plus is an optional subscription sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Payment, renewals, refunds, and cancellations are handled by the app store, under their terms. We never see or store your card details.
• We may change subscription prices or what is included. Changes apply from your next renewal, and we will tell you in advance where the app stores or the law require it.

When using Native, you agree not to:

• Break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, or upload content you have no right to share.
• Post content that is abusive, hateful, deceptive, or that promotes unsafe eating, starvation diets, or harm to yourself or others.
• Scrape, resell, or bulk-extract the app’s dish, recipe, or food data, or use it to train another model.
• Attack, probe, or overload the service, or work around its limits, quotas, or paywall.
• Impersonate anyone, or present AI output from Native as professional nutrition advice.

Your meals, ratings, pantry, photos, and messages to the coach stay yours. You give us the permission we need to run the service for you: to store that content, process it (including through the AI providers named in our Privacy Policy), and use it to build your plan and improve your suggestions.

We may use aggregated and de-identified information — patterns across many users, with nothing that identifies you — to improve Native’s food data and recommendations.

Creators is not open yet. It appears in the app as a locked preview, and there is nothing to apply to today. These terms set out how it will work when it opens, so nobody has to guess.

Creators is for people who genuinely know food — cooks, and people who eat clean and can explain how — to publish dishes that other people plan their week around. When it opens:

• Applications and approval — creator access is granted by us and can be paused or withdrawn. Passing review is not a right, and we do not have to explain every decision.
• What you submit— dishes you have actually cooked, with ingredients a normal market sells, honest quantities, and any text or photos that go with them (“creator content”).
• You keep ownership — creator content stays yours. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, reproduce, adapt, translate, and display it inside Native and in material promoting Native, and to credit you by your display name. Recipe methods and ingredient lists may also be normalised into our food and dish data.
• Your promises— the content is yours to give, does not copy anyone else’s recipe text or photos, names its ingredients accurately, and makes no medical, curative, or weight-loss claims.
• Review and removal— every submission is reviewed before it can reach another person’s plan, and we may edit, decline, or remove anything at any time, including for safety.
• Payment — creator contributions are unpaid unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. If we launch a paid or revenue-sharing programme, its terms will be set out separately before you join it.
• After you leave — you can ask us to take your creator content down. We will stop publishing it within a reasonable time, but plans and shopping lists people already built from it may keep working.

Creator content is written by other users. It is not checked by a dietitian, and the disclaimers above apply to it in full.

Native, its name, logo, design, software, and its curated food and dish data belong to MawjTech and its licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use the app — nothing more.

Some material comes from third parties on their own terms: dish photography from Pexels, map and shop data from OpenStreetMap contributors, and nutrition figures derived from public food databases.

Native is under active development. We may add, change, or remove features — including features shown as coming soon — and we may limit or suspend parts of the service. We will not remove a paid feature you are currently subscribed to without giving you notice and, where appropriate, a way to cancel.

You can stop using Native and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for other users, or that we are required to close by law. Any subscription bought through an app store is cancelled and refunded — or not — under that store’s rules.

Native is provided “as is”. We do not promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its calorie figures, suggestions, or shop listings will be accurate or suitable for you.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MawjTech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or €50.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you use Native as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections and the right to bring proceedings under the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

We may update these terms as Native evolves — for example when Creators opens. We will post the new version here and update the date above; if the change is significant, we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Native after a change means you accept it.
